Pantanal - Custom Package

What to expect... Pantanal is the largest wetland in the world with more than 180,000 square feet in Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. Impressive in size, this region boasts impressive flora and a numerous amount of animal species. In addition to more than 1,000 different species of birds, 400 fish (one being the piranha) and 300 mammals, it also hosts 480 species of reptiles, such as the cayman.

You will arrive at a typical Brazilian farm, called a Fazenda, where lunch will be waiting for you. You'll receive another meal in the evening and when the sun goes down you'll head to your sleeping arrangement: a hammock! Enjoy your time under the stars and get a good rest before your early start the next day.

Today you'll have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area of Pantanal. In the morning, right after breakfast, you'll consult with the local guide and plan your day's schedule. Choose from many options, such as taking a trip to the Everglades and go piranha fish, or discover the variety of birds such as the blue macaw, located in this region. Ride on the back of a horse, encounter the crooked smile of a crocodile or tour the nature by day or by night. With so many possibilities to choose from, you won't have a dull moment.

Sadly, you'll be leaving the Pantanal region on your third day here. Should you choose to continue on with your journey, we have many destinations in Brazil and South America to explore!
